Hello, I'm Trish Saunders... from Seattle/Honolulu

Post by Trish Saunders » Thu Jan 16, 2020 10:38 am

I keep one foot in the frigid waters of Lake Washington and another in the balmy ocean near the Ko'olau mountains in Hawaii. I'm here at the invite of my dear friend Tracy, whom I've known for years through various poetry sites.

I've published here and there, and have won zero poetry awards.
I look forward to your feedback, and reading your poems as well.

Hey Trish!

Welcome.  Can't say how happy I am you have arrived.  The site is instantly better for your presence, and of course, for your poetry.  :)

You are still bouncing between Wash and Hawaii I see.  So that forms a wider base of experience for your poetry, right?

Cheers.

I don't know, I hope it does ...

I know that bouncing around empties out my checking account pretty quickly, but can't help that!
Thanks, Tracy

I can imagine, yet those seem like wonderful places to be.  I've been to Maui [loved it], but not the Pacific Northwest.  It's on my list, though, for the next year or two.  I have a friend living on the shore near Neskowin, Oregon, whom I desperately need to visit.

Anywhoo, welcome.
