My name is Anna. I’m a musician by trade and have recently found myself more and more drawn to poetry, both the reading and writing of it. A pen and paper are much easier to carry around than a piano

Happy to have stumbled upon this website. It seems a very sincere community of poetry lovers.

Piano, huh?  I took four years of lessons as a kid and got nowhere, so I am envious. 
I am guessing you may have a good ear the sounds of poetry too.
