Dinner
Bixby Bridge unfurls.
Beneath, land gives way to inlet sea.
The trail rolls on,
hills unfold.
The clouds ahead do not change.
Two brothers share color crayons
in the dining car.
The waiter inquires
if we have further needs.

Indar,
This paints a delightfully gentle image of a small moment in time on a journey. Just a handful of specific images let the reader fill in the rest from their own travelling experiences.
