Dragging in at the last moment here. I'm having re-entry problems. I don't get the "sometimes discussion" but like the poem. Like Poet-e I did notice your use of the word "unique" because it is, to my read, too abstract. Yes we are all unique in some way but does that mitigate uniquness? Somehow I feel you are describing a person with leadership qualities that need to be expanded upon in this write.
