Its free - the site takes a cut of your profits. However there is a charge if you want it listed on Amazon or other sites.

My copy arrived today. Better than advertised, better than expected.
I was surprise by the dirth of supplemental pages -- title page, copyright page, table, epigraph, dedication, acknowledgements, preface, introduction, chapter pages, index, index of first lines, glossary, Afterword, Praise, About the Author, other publications, etc. -- Nada. Nada can be a useful concept.
A fine, fine book.
