I like this too Matty. Interesting or not I made the same comment about 'in plain sight' about one of Colm's latest poems without knowing he had put it here. The one detail I felt might be superfluous is that the oak was her sitting place. Love the atmosphere in the last two lines. Leaves one thinking.
