Traditionally four strong men
grasp the subject's limbs
splayed. Face down,
stretched horizontally to the ground
the offender being carried from the premises
resembles a certain amphibian:
hence the name frog march.

Wasn't that a lesson -- I had thought it was something different. Now I know:

Love the short direct narrative.

Yes! SDNY currently warming up in the wings. Stretching, etc. don't want to pull a muscle or tweak a hamstring.

I look forward to your creation. :D

Once again another Americanism temporarily lost on me.
But knowing how much you love Donald I should have known...enjoy your glee.
Ireland celebrates your new President. But we would, seeing as how he's one of us :D
OK, that was a bit naive; most politicians are not one of anyone. But anyone is better than DT!

I enjoyed that. Truly. And I'm not even sorry. I really am that guy. I'll use it somewhere in my next book - or so I hope.

It's bloody brilliant!

Wait! Did I miss something? Was I taking the poem too literally? Again?

You can take it literally, Dan, but now I am curious about your story 8-)

My current favorite fantasy is seeing Trump frog marched out of the White House on TV with the whole world watching.

Frog marched---doesn't it have a nice ring? Although frogs are swamp creatures they have the right to that basic nature and I apologize to them for using them so badly.

Not much of a story. I just often miss jokes and puns because I take thing literally. I'll even laugh at jokes I don't understand, just so I don't stand out.

That is a rather nice fantasy! I'd like to see that though generally speaking I hate seeing anything that even resembles that man-child.
